Order Changes & Refund Policy

● For all orders BOXD Catering orders accept changes up until 72 hours prior to the event

● Orders canceled 72 hours before the event attract a 100% cancellation fee

● Orders cancelled with more than 72hours notice, will receive a 50% refund on your total order

● To cancel any orders please e-mail [email protected]

● If in the event the product recieved is faulty/defective ort not what was ordered a full refund will be made

● All refunds will be processed and returned back to the original credit used for the purchase
