Delivery Prices

• Delivery to areas with the postcode 4870 and 4878 is $19 per delivery
• Deilvery to areas with postcode 4879, 4868 & 4869 is $24 per delivery
• Delivery to areas with postcode 4881& 4865 is $49 per delivery
• Delivery to areas with the 4877, 4880, 4883, 4887 is $159 per delivery

If you have any dietary requirements please write them in the special requests upon checkout and we will do our best to cater.

If you have any allergens please note them in the special requests and we will do our best to ensure no cross contamination occurs.

BOXD Catering can offer a wide variety of specialty diet menu items. These include dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and pork free.

While we take the utmost care to accommodate your dietary requirements there can be traces of allergens found within our catering. In the event you or your client has a life-threatening anaphylaxis-inducing allergy, we recommend they cater their own meal.

In any instances where you or your client suffers loss or illness resulting from nuts or traces of allergens found in our catering, BOXD Catering will not be held liable.

•  Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, or EFT payment.
• We do offer corporate accounts. Please click here to complete our account application form
• Please note that we typically issue the invoice or charge your credit card on the day the order is placed
• For orders greater than $1,000 BOXD Catering may request a 50% deposit
• Please note we are unable to release your catering order unless it is paid in full, unless otherwise arrangements have been agreed to with our team

• For all orders, BOXD Catering orders accept changes up until 72 hours prior to the event please contact us at [email protected] to make any changes to your order. After 72-hours no changes will be accepted on orders. 
• Orders canceled 72 hours or under the event attract a 100% cancellation fee.
• Orders cancelled with more than 72hours notice, will receive a 50% refund on your total order.
